DiSEqC 2.0 cascadable distribution system with 9 inputs (8 satellite inputs and one terrestrial input), 9 trunkline outputs and 4 receiver outputs. This type of multiswitch cannot be used as standalone since it does not pass DC voltage from satellite receivers to feed LNBs. On the other hand, DC pass exists for all trunk lines. Therefore it can be used only in conjuction with any 9-inputs standalone multiswitch (S.156 are inserted between standalone multiswitch and LNBs) or with an amplifier, which feeds LNBs (S.156 are connected to the outputs of an amplifier, trunk outputs of last unit must be terminated with 75 ohm resistors). While the first option offers easy way how to extend existing distribution system, second option provides generally higher signal levels on the outputs. In any case, it is recommended to connect up to 5 of these units in a cascade. When higher number of output ports is required, S.158-A multiswitches can be used by the same manner. The product is offered in 5 differnt version (S.156-A-5, S.156-A-10, S.156-A-15, S.156-A-20, S.156-A-25) with satellite band loss stepped from 5 dB to 25 dB to allow level balancing of the distribution system.

Cascadable passive tap designed for complex distribution systems. Tap outputs are galvanicly isolated from trunklines and should be connected to the inputs of a satellite multi-switch. The inputs of the first tap in a cascade should be connected to the outputs of the amplifier S.156- MP. The next tap can then be connected to the trunk outputs of the first one. In all it is possible to connect up to 10 units in series in a cascade provided they are connected to each other directly. If the units are connected to each other by means of a coaxial cable, it is only possible to connect a lower number of them. The number depends on the quality of the connectors and coaxial cable used, in particular on its reflection coefficient. Trunk outputs of the last unit in the cascade must be terminated by a 75 ohm resistor. The units are stackable onto the top of each other.

Cascadable active tap designed for complex distribution systems. Inbuilt amplifiers at tap outputs reduce tap loss to lower value of 3 dB, while keeping trunk loss at minimum. This part is therefore recommended for installations where higher insertion losses might be an issue. However, return path is not available. Internal satellite amplifiers are fed from its tap outputs, terrestrial amplifier is fed either from its own tap output or from adjacent Sat tap, depending on what DC voltage is higher. Attention must be given to the choice of connected multiswitch. The multiswitch must always supply DC voltage either on its terr. or on its satellite inputs.

A dual passive signal splitter with 4 SAT inputs and 1 terrestrial input, designed for connection with cascade taps S.121-A. This is de facto a system of 5 splitters in one unit. DC is passed through from outputs to inputs. Satellite inputs are used for connection of 1 Quatro or 2 Dual or Twin LNBs, terrestrial input for connection of TV or FM antenna or a preamplifier. The inputs of the unit can also be connected to the outputs of the amplifier S.156-MP. The units are stackable onto the top of each other.

Multi-switches with 13 inputs and up to 16 outputs. All types are DiSEqC 2.0 compatible devices for indoor use with an integrated power supply. It allows use of 3 Quatro or up to 6 Dual or Twin LNBs, while each of the subscribers can view all channels from the connected antennas. Input level can be set by attenuators in a range of 15 dB. Using a built-in switch, it is also possible to send the command “22 kHz” to up to 4 selected SAT inputs for high band continuously; in this case it is possible to connect also Twin Universal or Quad LNBs to the high band inputs of satellite systems A&B. Please note that it is not possible to send 22 KHz tone to inputs for satellite system C and therefore we don't recommend to install Quad LNBs for SAT system C. Stand-by mode: All multi-switches of S.160 series are equipped with an LNB power supply control system. The system reduces the power taken from the power supply by feeding only those LNBs whose signals are received by the connected subscribers at a time. So the power consumption may be reduced to approx. 10 VA (depending on the multi-switch type).
